shipping is currently available within Canada and the US. orders are processed and shipped Tuesday – Saturday. your order will be processed in 1 – 2 business days.
we offer standard ground (delivery in 3 - 7 business days), or expedited (delivery in 1 - 3 business days) shipping via UPS.
unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box address at this time.
pre-orders & backorders -
items available for pre-order or backorder will be indicated on the product page and cart page with the anticipated ship window. vert currently handles both pre-orders and backorders as one and the same. once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured at checkout. if you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, please reach out to us at [email protected].
if your order contains pre-orders/backorders and available items, your available items will ship within our processing times, and the pre-order/backorder item(s) will ship based on the anticipated shipping window listed on the product page and cart page.
in-store return policy -
we want you to love what you own! our vert stylists are experts. you will be carefully assisted with your selections in person. product purchased in store may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 days. product must be in original condition, unused, and include all tags.
holiday return policy -
our policies have been extended until January 10th for the holiday season.
online return policy -
full price online orders may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. product must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging included.
all sale items, jewellery, and well-being products are final sale. items purchased during promotions are considered final sale. shipping is non-refundable. vert has the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the outlined specifications.

- go to 'my orders' and navigate to the order # that you'd like to return item(s) from
- click 'return item' and follow the steps to create your return request
- you will receive a return status email and shipping label within 2 business days. once you receive the authorization and shipping label, please send your item(s) back with 1-2 business days.
free returns are offered on all regular priced merchandise. you will be provided with a shipping label once you have made a return request and the return has been approved.
